We pride ourselves on our service standards. One of the most common complaints people make about law firms is that they aren’t proactive and that they aren’t communicative.

We promise to:

  • Respond to urgent messages within 1 day
  • Respond to non-urgent messages within 2-3 days; and
  • Review your case not less than every 14 days to keep you updated on progress.
